Disseminating the mechanism and findings of the project
This work package will outline and detail the process, methods, and level of communication about the project to key stakeholders across Europe.
Specific objectives:
- This project aims to raise awareness across the EU member states among key
- stakeholders in outdoor sports about the importance of communication on sustainability and environmental education.
- The project will share the methodologies and toolkit of good practice developed across the EU member states among key stakeholders in outdoor sports and beyond for the provision of better environmental and sustainability education systems associated with outdoor sports.
- The project will highlight a large range of activities and programmes that have been used effectively to deliver on environmental and sustainability education thereby providing a very useful resource of information.
- The project will disseminate this information and data through a range of means including direct information provided to Sport, Environment and Tourism ministers across all EU member states, publications and journals, conferences at a national and European level, websites and newsletters as well as an international learning symposium.
The information, reports, and toolkit for the training of instructors, leaders and guides in outdoor sport will be disseminated widely using the ENOS website and database and via other connected groups including EUROPARC Federation and IMBA Europe.
